Each week, get customizable menu ideas full of easy-to-prepare, whole food ingredients for 3 meals and snacks for each day of the week. Easily adjust the recipes based on how many meal servings you are looking to prepare.

There are several plans to meet your dietary needs. The cost is $19/month and you can cancel at any time. Don't worry, if you need help with customization or have questions, I'll guide you along the way.

 
 

Anti-Inflammatory 3-Day Plan

The 3-Day anti-inflammatory plan contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases.

 
 

Low FODMAP 3-Day Plan

The low FODMAP plan contains ingredients considered to be low in fermentable carbohydrates (oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and Polyols). Thee molecules are poorly absorbed by some people and avoiding them may provide relief for certain digestive conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It is important to seek a diagnosis and recommendation from your healthcare professional (ie a GI doctor) and talk with me, before following a low FODMAP plan.

 
Flex Plan

Flex 3-Day Plan

This flexible plan is completely customizable and contains simple recipes the whole family can enjoy. Each week, you will receive three days of suggested recipes with the ability to search hundreds more to add to your plan.  All of our delicious recipes are extensively tested and feature whole food ingredients with easy-to-follow directions for people of all cooking levels.

 
Plant-Based Plan

Plant-Based 3-Day Plan

This plans contain 100% plant-based recipes that are rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients known to be anti-inflammatory. Recipes are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and plant proteins making them nutritious as well as delicious.
